Synchronizer Rings of Steel
The synchronizer ring is a very important part in the manual transmission. As there is a shift in the speed, the different gear meshes up. This causes strong impact and may not make the meshing correct. The synchronizer ring is the absorber and delays the time of meshing up thus making smooth Synchronization between the Gears. That is why it is named Synchro. It is also known as baulk ring or block ring.
Steel Synchronizer Rings are used in Light & Heavy Manual Transmission Gearboxes where high performance is required. We manufacture all types of Steel Synchronizers:
- Single Cone – With Molybdenum Coating
- Single Cone – With Carbon Friction Lining
- Double Synchro Cone – With Molybdenum Coating
- Double Synchro Cone – With Carbon Friction Lining
